In May 2012, Manitoba Hydro Place was awarded a Platinum certification for its adherence to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards by the Canada Green Building Council. Platinum is the highest certification available under the LEED program, making Manitoba Hydro Place the most energy efficient office tower in North America and the only office tower in Canada to receive this prestigious rating. The public can access the building through the street level Portage and Graham Avenue doors from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., 7 days a week. The second floor skywalk entrance is open to the public from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Payment Centre – 2nd floor, off the skywalk
Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (closed holidays)
Pay bills, make payment arrangements, provide move information or meter readings.
Payment drop boxes are available at the 360 Portage Avenue main floor entrance (24/7) and at Payment Centre (during building hours).
