Payment options
We offer convenient ways to pay your energy bill. See the options below to find one that works for you.
Pay online
Add us as an online payee. You’ll need to have your 14-digit account number to get started. Unfortunately, we don’t accept credit card payments, Interact e-transfers or phone payments at this time.
Pay in-person
Go to your bank or credit union branch and pay by cheque, cash or bank draft or any of these payment locations.
MoneyGram
Visit select drug stores, grocery stores and Canada Post locations and pay by cash or debit. You’ll need your bill or 14-digit account number for the initial set up.
Make sure your account number is written on the cheque and send a cheque payable to:

Make paying easier
We have plans that can simplify your monthly payments.
Pre-authorized Payment Plan
Have your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account on its due date. Log in to your online account and select “Pre-authorized Payment Plan” under the “Billing” section.
Equal Payment Plan
Set up equal monthly payments based on your past energy use. This payment plan starts in September and balances out in August.
