Submit your meter reading

Every month, you have a three-day window to read your meter and submit your energy use. If a reading is submitted outside of its window, bills are estimated for the month.

Outside of self-read areas, most meters are scheduled to be read every second month.You can find your three-day window on your bill, meter reading slip or through text, email or voice calls from your online account. If you’re moving in or out of a property, you should submit the initial/final meter reads on the day you move.

Call 1-800-652-4490, choose your preferred language and follow the prompts to submit your natural gas or electricity meter reading.
