The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many things for many people. For some customers, paying their monthly energy bill has become a challenge. If you are having trouble paying your bill, you could be eligible for a payment arrangement to help ease the burden.

A payment arrangement is an agreement that allows an eligible customer additional time to pay the balance on their account. You can set up a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or custom payment arrangement. Having an active payment arrangement on your account will prevent further collection activity.

For 24/7 self-service assistance, you can apply for a payment arrangement online or through our Manitoba Hydro app. There is no need to call us and you can apply for your payment arrangement anytime, day or night.

To apply, you can register and sign in to your online account.

Select Payment Arrangements under the Billing tab.

If you would rather speak with us about your specific situation use the Connect Me tab in your online account and select Payment Arrangements. You can also contact us Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
