How to switch to paperless billing

We offer flexible bill delivery options. You can have a paper bill mailed to your home, a paperless bill sent by email or both.

Paperless billing gives you access to the same detailed bill that would come by regular mail and you’ll receive an email notification when your bill is ready. You can sign up for additional bill ready notifications by text or voice call and add additional household members to be notified.

How to switch to paperless billing:

  1. Login to your online account.
  2. Go to “Settings” (under “My Account” if you’re using a desktop computer).
  3. Choose “Paperless Bill.”
  4. Save.

If you don’t have an online account, you can sign up with your 14-digit Manitoba Hydro account number and postal code (found on the first page of your energy bill) and select paperless billing during registration.
