If you’re reading this article, you’ve probably already noticed things are a little different on our website. We’d like to thank you for our new appearance because your feedback helped shape it. With your continued support, it’s only going to get better.
We’ve used our website for information about us, our programs, and our services. But the web is different now than it was when we created our website, and just as the technology has changed, so have your expectations. That’s why we started doing research last year.
From our research, we found that 52 % of those of you who called our contact centre tried to use our app or our website to find what you were looking for before calling us. Those results showed us that we weren’t giving you what you needed.
We identified a few key things that we get a lot of questions about and made them easier to find. We sat down with some of our customers for testing to make sure we got it right. When people found that something was unclear, didn’t like something, or didn’t understand something, we adapted things to make it easier.
What you’re seeing today is the result of that work. But our work isn’t over yet.
We’ll continue to make changes to our website. We’ll continue to make improvements on our menus, make things clearer, and better adhere to accessibility standards. We’re going to do our best to bring our website up to the standard that you expect.
