Manitoba Hydro Online Services, App, Unavailable Saturday

Manitoba Hydro advises that some online services will be unavailable Saturday, October 5th as the utility upgrades some of its internal systems.

Website self-service transactions will be unavailable including customer account functions such as billing and submitting a meter reading, online power outage reporting and the utility’s outage map. In addition, the Manitoba Hydro app will be offline on Saturday, October 5th.

Customers can still report power outages at 1-888-624-9376. Manitoba Hydro’s customer contact centre will be available Saturday to take calls. As a safety reminder, if you see downed lines stay 10 metres away and call 911. And if you smell natural gas, leave the area, and call 911 immediately.

There will be no effect on other Manitoba Hydro electrical and gas services, and crews will be responding to emergencies, power outages and other calls as usual.
