Embracing diversity and inclusion creates a more open work environment that goes beyond employment equity to where differences are accepted and celebrated. We are committed to achieving and maintaining a workforce that reflects the demographics of the communities we serve.

There are 4 designated diversity groups:
- Indigenous (Aboriginal) peoples: persons who are First Nations, Metis or Inuit peoples of Canada (including status, treaty, or registered persons as well as non-status and non-registered persons).
- Members of visible minorities (racialized): persons, other than Indigenous peoples, who are non-Caucasian in race, or non-white in colour.
- Persons with disabilities: persons who have a long-term or recurring physical, mental, sensory, psychiatric or learning impairment, who, due to that impairment, consider themselves to be disadvantaged in employment, or believe that an employer or potential employer is likely to consider them to be disadvantaged in employment, or who have been accommodated in their current job.
- Women: persons who self-identify as women.
We value the background, experience, perspective, and talents of each individual. We encourage you to declare your employment equity status when registering your profile.
We are committed to having a workplace that is discrimination- and harassment-free.
