How to get started
Signing up for an online account is easy. Visit our registration page with your postal code and your 14-digit account number (found on the first page of your energy bill). Once you verify your contact information and create a password, you’ll receive an activation email to confirm your account.

Report outages, explore our outage map and receive updates on estimated restoration times.
