When will I receive my first bill?

For most customers, your account will be updated once we have processed your move, which can take up to 14 days after your possession date. Following processing, your bill will be issued on the property’s typical billing cycle, which is set by the location of the property. Most customers will receive their first bill 6 weeks following their possession date.

For online accounts, you will receive an alert when your bill is due. You can select the type of notifications, such as email, text and automated voice call, through your Online Account Notification Preferences.
