How to report a power outage

You can see and report power outages through your online account or through our outages page.

If you want to track power outages, log into your online account and set up text, email or phone updates. You’ll receive messages whenever there are status changes, including restored power.

If you’re looking for information on outages, our outages map lets you select planned and current outages by clicking on the options identified in the red box below.
