How to schedule an appointment for a meter exchange

Under federal regulations, meters must be exchanged to ensure accurate billing. If you’ve received a notification that we plan to exchange your electric or natural gas meter, you can schedule an appointment through your online account.

You’ll see any appointments that require scheduling in Box 1.

Box 2 will show all upcoming appointments.
