How to update your Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (PAPP)

If you’re moving within Manitoba but your banking information isn’t changing, your Manitoba Hydro account will update with your new address, but your banking information will remain the same. Your payment withdrawal date may change based on the timing of your move.

You can update or cancel your PAPP through your online account by clicking the ”billing” tab and submitting your changes. You’ll receive an email notification once the request is processed.
